We had a great time. Great location. The pool was nice. I would suggest changing the mattress covers on the beds. Im sure they were washed but the stains and mildew stains on them were just nasty.

Great location, cleanliness not what was expected

The property was a great. Pools both inside and outside. The ocean and beach were steps away. People working at the building we kind, helpful, and always greeted you when you coming or going. The room itself was fine. The beds weren’t very comfortable. If you took the sheets off you’d see stains. The sheets were cleaned but when I took the blanket off I noticed a giant ball of black hair. No one in our family has black hair. The shower always had hot water which was nice. There wasn’t very many spots to hang towels to dry and the bathroom fan didn’t seem to do much so the towels never seemed to truly dry. The kitchen was small but functional. A cockroach came out from somewhere and was running on the floor once when we were cooking! The living room/dinning room worked for a small family of 4. The couch seemed to have a musty smell to it. Probably from being near the ocean and the humidity. Overall when you first walk in the place seemed nicely cleaned. But when you look at the baseboards, you notice them being really dirty.The place did what it needed to do for our family, provided a safe, friendly, place to stay and enjoy Myrtle beach. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to our standards, and the cockroach was NOT something we wanted to have in the room we were staying at.

Great Spot

Had a wonderful stay at this spot! Very clean and great view! Host was very receptive and so helpful. Would definitely stay again. Building is also very nice with great pools and hot tubs and clean.

Myrtle Condo

The condo was fine for our stay. We would reccomend putting in another living room lounge chair and grab bars for in the shower. Also the blanket/comforters were not very clean. They should be washed when the sheets are done. It was nice to have access to a laundry room.

Awesome stay!

We had an awesome stay at this property! Everything as advertised! Nice neighborhood and beautiful beach with easy access! The pool and hot tub were awesome as well! The property manager was so attentive and easy to contact. We will be back!

What a beautiful place.

The view was amazing. And the set up was thoughtful. We had a long stay and the unit was outfitted for that. My wife and I have two little guys and it was the perfect amount of space for the four of us. It is super clean in there 10/10 recommend. Nelson is the GOAT.

Cute & comfortable

Perfect place for a four day getaway. Large pool and mere moments and steps from the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs were a bonus!

Perfect location

The room was just as described. The entire process was easy. The staff in the building were very nice and the area was clean. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses. They are pretty hard. Besides the beds we really enjoyed our stay and would return in the future without hesitation.

Nice location on the beach

The property is located on the beach and the pool is just amazing—only a few remarks for future rentals. It is no dishwasher and no counter space in the kitchen (when you clean dishes no space to put the clean dish on the counter - only range top available and it is inconvenient)

Very clean, modern, oceanview

The room is just like the pictures and the description. It had a side oceanview which was gorgeous. The place was very clean which was a must for me. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook which was great. There was even 2 beach chairs to use. My only issues were the beds and the curtains in the bedroom. The beds were quite loud getting in and out. Not sure if it's the box spring or mattress. I would suggest getting better blackout curtains due to the light outside the room. There was still quite a bit of light shining thru the window and may be a problem for people wanting more darkness at night. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay here very much and would return again.
