This property is a "WOW!" Beautifully furnished and decorated with wide Ocean views on two walls of living area. All new furniture, beds, and linens. This is definitely not your typical Myrtle Beach vacation rental. The ocean views can be captured from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and the two balconies. The master bedroom features a king bed, private ocean front balcony ,flat screen TV, and private full bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds, private bathroom, and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom. The bright and open living room offers a flat screen TV, DVD player, a large, cozy sectional sofa that looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 3 seat breakfast bar, large oceanfront kitchen table that sits 10, free WiFi, cable TV, and washer and dryer, This condo will not disappoint in comfort, ocean views, and . quiet.

Seawatch Resort offers unmatched amenities with 2 lazy rivers, 6 oceanfront pools, 10 hot tubs, and a kiddie pool. There are 3 dining options, one is the Captain Cove Restaurant that serves delicious made to order omelets and waffles. You can dine inside or enjoy the outdoor oceanfront seating. The poolside oceanfront Tiki Bar is there to refresh you as you enjoy the beautiful outdoors. In the lobby of the resort is a food nook serving Starbuck s coffee, ice cream, and other snacks.

This condo is footsteps from the sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo is a perfect location for all the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Enjoy popular shopping options like Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing, countless attractions such as: Alligator Adventures, House of Blues, Carolina Opry,and Broadway and the Beach. There are over 100 excellent golf courses here. You wont run out of delicious dining experiences either, too many to list. Our condo is close to all of this, yet the resort is in a private quiet area of the north end of Myrtle. Just a short walk on the sandy beach is the 2nd Avenue Pier which offers fishing, food, and sea air breezes.

You wont be disappointed with the amazing fresh sea air, ocean views, comfortable living, quiet atmosphere, and countless fun activities.

Great location, clean and listed as described. Plenty of parking and close to everything. We had some HVAC issues, not the owner's fault and the owner Jill was responsive. The weather was good, and we had an amazing breeze coming off the ocean, so we weren't uncomfortable. I would recommend this place, and I would stay here again. Very Happy!

This was our 4th time staying in Jill's unit for our annual Girl's Weekend. We love the location and enjoyed our stay overall. The unit was not as clean as it's been in the past, which is sad because the cleaning fee had increased from our last visit. The housekeepers missed blood on the baseboard in the bathroom, a wad of gum left on the lamp and the floors need a good vacuuming and/or mopping.There were also some general maintenance issues such as the sliding doors didn't close properly, no handle on the refrigerator, light bulbs out and the kitchen sink dripped the entire stay. I reached out to Jill and told her about our stay. We will not rule out a future stay but I will reach out to the owner to confirm the maintenance issues have been resolved before booking again.

Room was beautiful. Kitchen was small, but it had every cooking m you would ever need which was so nice. Th e views were stunning from each balcony ... wish we had a view of the pools from our room. Other than that, the room and the place was amazing. The host was super kind and great to work with. Would definitely stay with her again.

The best unit in the building, best trip ever!

Jill has a beautiful home—clean, well renovated, and it has everything you need. The washer and dryer worked beautifully and I can tell the HVAC unit is very new. Not your typical Myrtle beach rental. The view — this is a corner unit, it has incredible views of both the ocean AND the sunrise. So many windows! We will definitely be back again.

Birthday Weekend

Nice property but small for 3 bed 3 bath. Older kitchen stove with burners, stopped working in the middle of cooking breakfast first morning there. So much for the groceries I bought to cook! Still not working when we left. The least I would expect is a small refund since the kitchen was basically inoperable during our stay.

Third time at SeaWatch was not a charm

We were not told about ongoing construction. It was sandblasting on our balcony. Very noisy!! A construction worker walked into the condo while my husband was in the shower! We could not use balcony during our 3 week stay. Poor lighting and broken items in need of repair. We had poor weather but they can’t control the weather in February. Indoor pool was warm and aerobic classes were available and instructor was great! Hot tub was also available.Great views!

Wonderful Place To Stay

We were there for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect location. Beautifully decorated and furnished accommodations! The pricing was awesome with not a lot of overpriced fees, like a lot of other units! Would love to rent this place sometime during the summer! Refurbishing Nightmare

When we arrived… construction was going on.. lasted all day … 7 days… so noisy we could not stay in the condo during the day. Seriously, had to eat out every day. Couldn’t even hear the tv. Construction was going out right outside our door. Our whole hallway was torn apart. We had to take the stairs down a level just to get on the elevator. . Glad to go home!

We enjoyed our stay at Jill’s condo!

The condo’s comfortable/quiet/well equipped w/all of the amenities we required. The only complaint we had is that the sheets on the King BD were too small/kept coming off of the BD each night. The King BD was also extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The other 3-Beds were very comfortable though! We prefer softer beds & the firm K-mattress caused us to toss/turn all wk. One other suggestion I would make is to include some boogieboards for kids in the storage closet. We flew to MB and didn’t have the means to bring our own bboards this trip. So we rented an umbrella/chairs on the beach & bought some bboards at a surf shop for the kids to use. We typically rent condos that include a storage closet w/ beach chairs/bboards. So we’ve been spoiled by those kinds of VAC amenities. Aside from a minor setback upon our arrival (the pool bracelets were MIA) we also found the condo to be very dusty as well (under the baseboards/couch/& beds). I sent Jill msgs so she could notify her cleaning staff & we picked up more bracelets at the SW front desk. Otherwise though the condo was perfect for our family vacation!

Just returned from a family vacation from June 29-July6th, 2024. When arrived we knew we could not do an early check in, however at 3:45 and no one was there to complete cleaning we were concerned. I contacted host through VRBO and she said her cleaning crew were there since 2:45 and something must have happened, and she was going to contact them. That was the last contact we had with the host. We were unable to get into room until after 5pm and that was us just going in as we all were tired, hot and hungry. The poor cleaning person there told us through a translate app that the other people left and did nothing, and she was trying to do everything. Needless to say, it was not completed, and I updated the host on the time finally got in ect and never heard anything back from her. I was surprised as reviews have been good. I'm not one who always listen to all reviews as I think some people just complain, however there were issues I need to address: pros: great location and unit was nice cons: unit was not clean(although that poor woman tried on her own. I would rethink that cleaning company) , sink in Q rm did not drain, tub in K rm didn't drain properly. In DBL rm 1st bed , you sink when sit. Was missing a pillow in Q rm fridge door handle was missing and small hole on kitchen floor. sliding door to balcony was so hard to open and close as so much dirt on tract and possibly door off track( we cleaned tract out and bought WD40 to open easier) balcony dirty.
