Beautiful condo with gorgeous views. Loved sitting in the chairs by the window and reading and enjoying the ocean. Had a mild issue with the AC which was addressed and fixed in record time. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the reclining chairs. The whole place was well decorated. We had everything we needed for the week. My only suggestion would be to either get smaller cushions for the balcony or just get a smaller set. We were not a fan of the high top table and chairs.

Check in went seamless. There were a few things that need rectified… might seem minor, but should be fixed. Need a new lightbulb in master bedroom closet, tall dresser there has a defective bottom drawer, master bath sink drain runs very slow. Sliding doors going out to balcony needed cleaned and also the sitting area… found an ashtray with butts in it on one of the high top chairs.

Carols place was just as described. Beautifully decorated fantastic views and location . Carol thought of everything . We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen was stocked with everything you may need if would choose to. My only suggestion would be more hooks for towels to hang in the second bathroom but we managed with the two that were there

Oceanside Delight

We stayed two weeks on the ocean in Garden City. Our view was amazing, sunrises spectacular, beautiful beach. We walked to two different piers enjoying each in their differences. We explored the area with marsh walks and beautiful gardens. The condo was nice with comfortable beds. We loved the soothing sounds of the waves.

Amazing views love the floor to ceiling windows and the swivel reclining seats by the wall. Love that they had seating for 6 but not the couch pictured but still nice. Like many condo there are no seasonings. But there is salt and pepper. Enough dish machine and dish soap for the week. That’s nice. There are nice side shelves in the second bath but they have decorations on them so we can use the space. Please remove the decorations. We all found the high top metal chairs most uncomfortable. But two seater was nice. Beach and pool access are quite a hassle. Use the community pass (requires your phone!) or bring one of 2 beach passes down to the beach. One issue dealing with rental process - Months back I had asked about a place for my luggage Saturday and we worked out with contact and I was so excited. When she sent check in instructions 2 weeks before I confirmed again the plan and then I learned it had all changed “new rule” and I was left to replan just two weeks before we arrived. Spent hours trying to reroute the plans. It was quite stressful. I’ve asked other contacts about luggage and those that said they couldn’t help I was fine with but telling me they can help then 2 weeks before never mind was quite stressful for our travel plans. This is why rental agent is a 4. She was otherwise quite helpful. The unit is by the elevator, so convenient and there was no noise from it. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. Also quite nice.
