The bathrooms. The master bathroom toilet ran all night. Woke up the next morning and the floor was soaked. The repair man came out to look at it. And looked like serious issue. The other bathroom ran all day and night also

Excellent view. Close to great meals. Beach access perfect. Some broken things inside condo, but nothing major. Any beach property will have maintenance issues that occur daily.

It was ok

I was provided a lock code for a lock that didn’t work so when we got there we had to stand in the hallway w/ our stuff while on hold w/ the customer service to provide an alternate way in. Once we were finally able to get in, unit was spacious and clean but the furniture was worn out in the living room so we didn’t do much family time in the unit because the furniture was not comfortable. In the brochure the master bedroom shows a balcony but we couldn’t use that balcony because the door was broke so we couldn’t even open it. The water pressure for the sink in the kids room Was no good at all. I had planned to be cooking for my family while there but the pans was raggedy I almost burnt the food because the pots and pans stick so bad even though I would use cooking oil. The best thing about this place was the area, the space, and the cleanliness. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort more than the actual unit.

Dirty and had bed bugs

Property does not look like pictures. Dirty and damaged everywhere. We also found BED BUGS! Management did not care and refused to move us to another property. Beware of this unit. Also refused a full refund even though we did not stay.

Calamity at the Condo

Location is great. Views are great, bedrooms are large. BUT. We checked in on Wednesday, noticed bedroom balcony door not working. Was told to unlock the door to use it. Twice. Thursday morning, tried to do laundry. Washing machine doesnt work. Told to check the breakers. Hot water takes 30 munutes to get to third floor bc the boiler is on the roof. Reached back out daily about door and washing machine. Day 3, told that door was a known issue and parts were ordered (guess it wasnt locked). On Saturday, I finally got a decent Vacasa rep who looked into my issues instead of the daily copy and pasted message. They DID give us a credit for loss of amenity for washing machine but very frustrating to pack light intentionally only to have to find a laundry mat. The living room floor is filthy and stained. The couch cant even be sat on. The cushions are sunk down to the bed underneath and we literally brought our chairs up from the truck to sit it (foldable chairs for ballgames or camping). It was awful. The beds were decent, the linens were not. The counter/bar is hanging on by a thread. The TV in the living toom is very small and a dark picture. Not a smart TV, so bring a roku if you want to stream anything. There are about 8 plates, 7 glasses and 3 coffee cups. Pots and utensils but nothing else. Not a huge issue but, we usually have stayed places with some basic kitchen staples (coffee filters, salt & pepper etc). Parking is in a lot across the street.

Great location, space, and experience for a last minute holiday get away.Plenty of space for myself and 5 teens to spread out. Surprised to find 2 blow up twin mattresses and extra sets of linens.Easy walking to shopping and right on the beach.Sound proofing was good even with being on a low floor and the bedrooms on the city side.

Would not refund cleaning charges

They waited until I return home to decline cleaning charges. I submitted photos and videos. Theirs is so much dust falling from the back of the master room door, the ceiling vent are full of dust to the point the dust is on the ceiling. The master tub water backs up. The carpet is filthy. The broken key fob on the master door, make it hard to open. The towel rack in the master bath is broken so be careful. The couch has a hole on the left side. The table chair seats are broken on 2 chairs. The dining room table had food stuck in the creases. The couch is very dirty. There was sock left under the bed. There were shorts left in the washer. The bed skirt are very dirty. The lamp shades are full of dust and dirty. There is tons of dirt and food under the tv stand in the living room. It was awful trying to sleep in this place and they keep saying someone was coming to address the matter but no one never came . I have. The middle light fixture above the bar has a gap with bad repair, it will fall down, the master light is out so lifting is dull. The top blankets are very nasty and dirty.

Nice beach vacation condo

This was a nice condo right on the beach. It was clean very comfortable for five adults and one dollar had pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen. The pools were very good. Location was perfect with easy access to golf restaurants bars my only two complaints and the only reason I didn’t make it five stars Was the kids pool was very cold and the street noise at night was loud sometimes waking us up at 2 o’clock in the morning
