    ABOUT THE SPACE: Pier Watch Villa Unit 101 is an oceanfront condo next to the Cherry Grove Pier in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It accommodates up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are three parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, and balcony. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

We had wonderful stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. Extra towels would have been nice so we didn’t have to wash so much and some new frying pans are needed. Overall it was a great stay and would stay again.

This was a great location. Place was spacious and accommodated our large group. The place was also clean and well maintained. We had one small issue while we were there and the staff took care of it right away.

Beautiful condo. Clean. Great location. Kitchen was well stocked. One of the legs on the kitchen chair was very weak and almost broken. We just moved it to the side. Fantastic view. Living room furniture and rugs are starting to look aged and dirty. A good deep cleaning is needed. Mattresses in some bedrooms were very hard. The king beds were two twin mattresses put together. The line where they met was very uncomfortable as there was no topper to cover it. Most of the bedrooms closets were being used as storage so there was no where to store luggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice Condo!

I highly recommend this condo. Spacious! Two balconies, large kitchen, right on beach. My family of 15 really enjoyed it and look forward to staying again. Only issue we had was with dryer but the staff was super responsive and help make it right.

Easy access to the beach

The unit had plenty of room for my family. The view was gorgeous. The unit was a bit beat up, but we were told they were working on upgrades.

Great place for the whole extended family.

We had 15 total in our group from 4yrs old to 82. All had plenty room and were able to hang out in main area for meals and family time. Will be back next year!

Great location

PWV 1 (101) was perfect for our family and friends. There are a few things that need updating but an impending renovation is in the near future. Everyone in the office, maintenance and housekeeping were delightful to work with.

The condo was great. Enough space for all. The location was fantastic. Pool in addition to ocean front a bonus. Even when rain was predicted it cleared and every day spectacular !!! High noon is hot. Plan anything earlyor late afternoon. The rest of the day relax Again property was exceptional

Perfect location for lowkey family vacation

Wonderful location! Kitchen was completely stocked with every gadget imaginable leaving minimal storage room for brought items/pantry foods/etc. WiFi was terrible. Property management was extremely quick and responsive to the only issue we had during our stay of a tv not working and promptly replaced the entire tv. We will be back!

Complete Chaos

The ceiling collapsed upstairs and we had to be moved into a much smaller property. We lost our ocean front view, short walk to beach and a safe and healthy living environment. Will never book through VRBO again.

Family vacay - 2024

This was the first time we have all gone to Cherry Grove together. We had a blast and everyone enjoyed the location and condo. With 5 families, having two refrigerators was a godsend. The beds only had a light comforter so extra blankets would have been great. There is not a complete set of measuring spoons but otherwise the unit is well appointed.

Over all our stay was good. We shouldn't have pots and pans that are all rusted. Doesn't anyone check the inventory for replacement. There was a very concerning issue was the balcony railing. One of our guest leaned on it and it was not secured. Fortunately my husband was right there an was able to grab her quickly. This is something that should never happen and is very concerning. Is this building not up to date with safety codes? Building maintenance was prompt with responding and wrapped the balcony with caution tape until a repair could be done. As a result our view of the beach was obscured with bright yellow tape and concern for using the balcony.Do I need to be concerned in the future with rentals with regard to safety?I would hope that we would be compensated for this safety issue.

Family get together

Our parents and their 5 siblings and spouses got together for a family vacation. Only one (4 year old) child . We picked this property because of the 5 king sized beds. Unfortunately our stay was the week after hurricane Ian so we didn't have use of pool or hot tub which was very very unfortunate. It was one of our main factors in picking this location. Air hockey machine is broken and missing parts but we still truly enjoyed our stay.
