'The staff and especially Olga the Manager went above and beyond the call of duty. That's why I stay there year after year. The lobby is like going into a ski resort with knotty pine walls and a fire going when the outside temperature is below 50 degrees. Long time employee Tommy is always friendly and helpful .'
