'I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

'First time staying at this hotel and definitely plan to stay here on my next Japan trip. I reserved 2 of the suites and the rooms were very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is about 20 minute train ride from Shibuya and the station is literally a 5 minute walk. The staff were so kind and the coffee shop was very delicious. '

'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake.
The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '

'BEWARE: newly bought presents disappeared from our room. Housekeeping, ofcourse, didn’t know anything. The hotel did not even compensate for the cost of it. Never experience theft from a hotel room before! Unfortunately a very bad experience with this hotel.
