'Staff were incredibly helpful, the WiFi isn’t great, did not work at all in the room, but worked well in the lobby and dining area, the outside looks a bit off putting, a bit hard to find, the Uber could never find the hotel! The area looks a bit sketchy, but it was safe, and close to a few cafes and small stores, cafe open till about 12am, Vasko has great coffee and pastries. Only other critique was the beds were rock hard. Would stay again. '

'Flights were cancelled and i could not travel to Cairo. Informed Four Seasons on time. Four Seasons was not willing to change reservation with 2 weeks and I had to pay the 1st night and lost about u$ 400'

'The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The staff helped me with luggage storage and also secured a ride to the airport for me. Very welcoming hotel and location is great'

'The hotel is well located and very clean.
We were first given a room that was not the one booked but they managed to amend this.
The room was simple but not expected more (maybe the photos are better than the actual state of the hotel), the only thing is that one of the beds was creaking at the slightest movement.
Be aware if you have a room near the kitchen, as some food for breakfast seems to be prepared late at night and if you’re a light sleeper you might not sleep well. On top, the...
