The space
This beautiful cozy oceanfront condo includes:
Inside:
- Bedroom with queen bed, closet and TV
- Bunk beds in hallway
- Iron and Iron board
-Hairdryer
- Sofa with a queen pull out, accent chair & TV/ Cable/Wifi provided
- Fully furnished kitchen with table/chairs, Keurig coffee machine, utensils, Pots/pans, Ninja blender, crockpot, toaster, juice press, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
- Private Balcony of ocean and pier with table and 4 very comfortable swivel chairs.
Additional Items Provided for your convenience:
-Linens for 4 quest (if you have a 5th person please let me know as sheets for pull out are only available if requested in advance). Sheets, pillows and blankets for each bed.
- We also provide starter amenities, including two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one sponge, dishwasher pod, trashbag, and dish soap for each reservation.
Outdoors:
-Seasonal pool, weather depending. (Not heated)
- Outdoor storage closet with beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas are available for use in the downstairs storage. Please keep them downstairs and do not bring any beach accessories into the condo!
-Washer/Dryer located on bottom private to guests of the condominium with door code. $2.00 quarters only per wash and dry.
-No elevator.

Parking:
No elevator.
Like most beach condos, parking (especially during peak travel season) can be limited. There is one parking space per condo, of which one parking pass will be provided. If you have multiple vehicles, there is additional public parking on Atlantic Ave that is a short walk to the property. Towing is heavily enforced during the peak seasons, so be cautious. You are allowed to park a motorcycle anywhere you can fit it under the building, but no trailers or golf carts are allowed to be parked on the property.
