'Absolutely beautiful hotel in the most ideal location for a first time traveler like myself. All of the staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay! I had a one bedroom king suite (3rd floor, so yes there are some stairs!) with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. Absolutely stunning views! The town itself is very walkable and the Elia sits from and center directly on the Chania Harbor! If you were looking at this hotel, don’t second-guess it and just book it you won’t regret it!'

'The property is in a residential area so you really feel like you're in traditional Crete. We were so pleased to find a light and airy apartment on arrival. It was really clean and well decorated. It was nice to find things like beach umbrellas, books, inflatables etc. in the communal areas that we were able to use. There is a fabulous restaurant over the road that is much cheaper than the places in town and offers a really nice variety of traditional Cretan food. The staff were so lovely and...

'Exactly as advertised. Property was extremely clean & was a great value. Joanna and the rest of the staff were very responsive & accommodating. Easy walk to old town & only steps from the waterfront. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. '
