'A very good option to stay in downtown Missoula. The bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the wool Pendleton blanket as winter had returned in May! We loved the stainless steel bathroom cups and the refillable soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion! Way to practice sustainability….the next step is no plastic trash liners!! The morning coffee was very good, a nice full flavor dark roast. Parking was not an issue as street parking is free after 5 pm.'

'We found the beds too hard, the sheets were polyester and too hot, there was no blanket but a down comforter which was way too hot, but the thing that really bothered us is that the outer door handle was broken. We reported it to the front desk and she appropriately sent maintenence to fix it while we were out. But when we returned five hours later we found that the door was left open. Fortunately nothing was stolen, but that is just not right. '

'This was the first time I stayed at a hotel where I felt at home. The serenity of the river behind the property and the view of the mountains were all you needed to feel relaxed and away from city life. I am sorry the hotel is about a 5-hour flight away from where I live; otherwise, I would have visited them more often.'

'We booked a room for 2, including breakfast. So we expected a fully covered breakfast and not a coupon for 20 dollar per room (2 persons). This did not cover a normal breakfast, the minimum price was 25 - 30 dollar for 2 persons. We complained about this and after some discussions we got a 30 dollar coupon. A bad experience. '

'Het city motel heeft mooi opgeknapte kamers en vriendelijk personeel. We verbleven er twee nachten. De keycards waren ingesteld voor 1 nacht en toen we terugkwamen voor de tweede nacht was de kamer niet gedaan. Volgens de staf was er sprake van een misverstand. Voor het overige een goed motel op loopafstand van het centrum. Een aanrader is Doc's met heerlijke lunches'

'My family and I attended a large event in Missoula and were very happy to have a quiet place to land in the evenings, outside the hubbub of a busy town. It's an easy 20-25 minute drive from the cabins to the center of Missoula. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cool on the warm day we arrived. Lisa met us and was very friendly, offering any assistance as needed. We had all necessary amenities, and the large, covered front porch was very welcoming. Highly recommend.'
