« Great spacious apartment on the ground floor with a big yard with a deck and fire pit. Very quiet area and a park with tennis courts and basketball courts close by. The area is growing and more shops, bars and restaurants opening up. Check out Monty’s, fuzzy cactus, Julio’s bagels (great coffee) and Smokey mug for breakfast or bbq. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful. »

« Great location in the popular Fan District... close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We were also wanting to find a safe location close to our daughter's new home. Quite neighborhood with a nice balcony perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. We'll definitely be back. »

« The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,...

« Stayed downtown while attending an event at the convention center and the surrounding area. Good: Apt was very nice- clean and well set up, bed was good, plenty of dishes and coffee provided ++ Bad: The stairs up are really steep, so take that into account if you book. The areas is a little sketchy, but no one ever bothered us. Parking (provided lot) is a little bit of a walk away, but never had a problem and no one bothered the car. « Host was very polite we arrived late for our concert because traffic was so terrible getting in was frazzled and couldn't find door codes to get in my message lucky host lived below and let us in and resent the codes even asked if I need help with my bags very clean property in a quite neighborhood rear in Richmond there are two separate door to enter that made me feel protective and private would stay again if I was ever in the area 10 out 10 would recommend »
