'My girls were over the moon for the Mermaid Cottage! A few minute walk to the beach. Owner lives next door so easy to communicate. I would like to visit again with friends. '

'Our family had a restful 3 day getaway before the kids head back to college. Easy parking for two vehicles. The cottage is well-appointed and comfortable. The beds were comfy with ample pillows and nice bedding. Short, direct walk to the beach. I think this street hasn't seen as much improvement as the neighboring streets, but surely will someday. Very friendly, quiet, and dog-oriented area just as we remember our regular visits to Oxnard over the past couple of decades. We hope to stay again!'

'Kirsten’s home was the perfect location for my mom & I to relax and recover as she healed from a major surgery. The property is very special: Kirsten has created such a sense of home, costal living, and serenity through design. We slept and rested comfortably; bathrooms & kitchen were well stocked.
