'Had a very good stay at Coorie by the Coast which really was a beachfront cottage. I got to sit out on the first afternoon in the garden. Heating worked well and cottage was very cosy. A well equipped kitchen for a holiday house. Communication with hosts was very smooth.'

'The photos in the listing do not do this house justice. The views from the garden are spectacular. It doesn’t even seem real! There is everything you could possibly need in the house. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, floor to ceiling books and a big shower with hot water. We wish that we could move there and stay forever.'

'The property was perfect for a base close to family that we were visiting. It was very warm and comfortable. The only comment that we would have was that the fixtures and fittings were a bit tired, they did work just fine though. All in all a very nice place to return to after a busy day.'

Bigger places to go to don't take to long by car en the sea is always with you. We have enjoyed our stay very much. 'Stephan and Gwen were delightful hosts and the house was large, comfortable, clean and a beautiful view. The hotel in town had really great food. Make sure you have reservations though. They did help us by letting us do take away when we didn’t. The area had so many great things to see. Really close to Stonehaven (our host told us about it) and you must see Dunnottar Castle located just a short drive from here. Had some gifts and fresh milk in the fridge on our arrival. The host lives next door...
