'Fantastic stay! The hotel is a stunning old house with loads of character and spotless rooms. The staff is lovely, and the location is as central as it gets. As is common with historic buildings, you can hear a little noise from other rooms, but it didn't take away from the experience. Highly recommend!'

The one downside was when we upgraded to Crown service & I would say it really was not worth it … the difference in service between normal and crown service was incredibly minimal for such a big price difference.. that I would not recommend. However! Both breakfast and dinner was delicious with sooo many options! Would stay again just would not upgrade.'
