'We had the best stay at River Sirens Hotel. The staff was very helpful at getting us into our room. The hotel is sparkling clean and a quick walk to the river and all the cute shops and bars. We highly recommend staying at this updated adorable hotel and plan on coming back in the near future.'

'I personally would not stay here if you have other options. Our room had a funky smell and def did not look like it did in the pictures. Did not end up staying, nor could we get our money back.'

'The pool steps were extremely slippery and not level. My son and I slipped going into the pool. Plus the railing into the pool was loose. The free breakfast was pretty weak. The only warm items they had, you to heat up yourself. The property was clean and the room was nice. Great water pressure but the shower head was very low.'

'For what we used it for, it was ok. Staff friendly. Room clean, but you can tell there was water damage in the ceiling at one point. Bathroom tile in need of repair, shower curtain ripped. Towel had stains, bedding had burn holes. Pillows flat, but clean. No coffee in room. But we choose it for location close to six flags, to sleep after a day in the park. Room was hot when we got there, ac off. Turned on room unit, and it cooled down within 45 minutes, however unit randomly turned on and off...

'No body wash in shower, shower head mostly plugged so water did not flow smoothly, air conditioning control panel did not work, ha to manually change settings at unit. Breakfast was very good.'

'Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management.'

'The room only had decaf coffee and nobody could seem to find any regular coffee. Feeding me decaf is a cruel thing. The staff were on this and were helpful other than not being able to find it. The pool was down and I didn’t know about this beforehand. The staff at the front desk did offer a solution to use the pool in the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same entity. The bathroom in the room with the king size bed sounded like a freight train, the walls were badly in need of...

'Your front desk greeters were excellent. I don’t remember the ladies name, but on check out Demarco was so nice. Check out was seamless, check in was too for that matter!!'

'We booked 6 rooms for our church trip. The staff would not let our youth group use the pool. I found long hair in my bed and in the bathtub before I got packed. The TV didn't work in my room. There was torn up paper in the floor in one of the rooms. The toilet has not been cleaned in another room'

'Room was clean a bit of wear and tear. Carpet fraying, stains on furniture, small things really The only complaint was no oven pans in the room just pots and pans. No pool towels, had to ask for them each time. All and all we would stay again. Decent room for the price'
