Paradise Palms Jamaica Villa est un hébergement privé en location de vacances qui offre une excellente expérience de vacances dans un quartier résidentiel calme à environ 8 minutes de l'aéroport de Montego Bay et à 7 minutes en voiture des principaux centres commerciaux, cinémas, restaurants et du célèbre Mobay. "Hip Strip", Doctor's Cave Beach, Cornwall Beach, Aqua Sol Beach et sports nautiques le long de la côte nord de la Jamaïque. Il y a un parking hors rue pour les voitures avec une clôture sécurisée autour de la propriété. Le jardin est bien entretenu avec des fruits de saison.
Il y a aussi une gamme de fruits exotiques, de belles plantes tropicales, un jardin d'herbes aromatiques et des fleurs. Cette propriété est très sécurisée et fermée et convient aux jeunes enfants avec un grand espace pour jouer et s'amuser.

great location but safety hiccup

Despite a safety breach at the property, we had a good 4 night stay. I would advise renters to confirm if they expect to be renting 3 rooms or 4. The listing advertises 4 rooms so I expected that. We had a long journey and this was one of several listings I booked, so when the property manager showed us 3 rooms instead of four, I assumed I had got my information wrong and didn’t ask about the fourth room. This turned out to be a big mistake on my part, when the next morning my sister woke up and explored the rooms further, discovered an unlocked room door, thinking it might be the laundry room, opened it to find someone lying in bed in a dark room! We were horrified. Not being aware there was indeed a fourth room, AND it was accessible by strangers, while we slept and after we had thought our money and passports were safe. The property manager claimed the person was his sister, and he was unaware she was sleeping there. Which did not boost our sense of safety. He promised she would leave and did lock the door, and explained that for parties of 9 they make the 4th room available. (We were a party of 5) . This was not stated on the listing. Other than that, the house is spacious and generally comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and within 10 minutes of many restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Also has a beautiful garden and delicious mangos. The property manager was also responsive when we had questions or a problem.

Nice stay!!

The property was very clean, better then advertised. Junior was very helpful and attentive, he took us to a fantastic place to eat with delicious jerk chicken. I would definitely stay here again, lots of space.

First, the landlord, Lloyd, lives on the property and constantly watches your every movement. We did not have a sense of privacy. Secondly, the house did NOT have proper ventilation throughout the living quarters. We stayed in August and the temperatures inside the living areas were well above 100 degrees. We were provided with a small floor fan that circulated hot air. We bought food items that kept spoiling when left out on the heat. We did not get a chance to use the living space as we had planned on. The kitchen is outdated and the cupboards had a moldy smell. The oven was dated and did have a proper gauge to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the owner did not provide basic cleaning supplies for the kitchen or the entire home. Which leads me to my third point. The house did not have the basic toiletries. What the owner provided was left over pieces of soap. I was shocked!!! I am glad I always carry my own toiletries! Regarding the HVAC inside the bedrooms, he had them programmed to turn off every hour. Therefore, during the night, I would constantly wake up covered in sweat! Finally, I had a guest visit one morning at 2 AM and left at 7 AM, and he wanted to charge me.for “one night”

The property was beautiful. It’s called Paradise Palms and it was truly paradise. The luxurious patio with rich lush garden was so peaceful with ample seating, sunshine and shady areas. The porch in the front was great for breakfast in the morning. The house was so beautiful and spacious inside. Excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. Loyd the property owner was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. It was worth every penny! The pictures don’t do it justice! You must see in person. Just beautiful!

Staying at this property was nothing short of amazing. The outdoor space has lush trees with great landscaping which makes it a nice oasis to relax and enjoy the outside seating area. The house was very clean with all the amenities one would need inside the kitchen. I was able to cook daily which without worrying about kitchen utensils. Each room has it's own AC which is a plus for individualized comfort. The host Lloyd was extremely kind and personable. He gave great recommendations on places to eat, shopping and other points of interests. Security is also top notch as there are cameras on the property and a secured gating system. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to feel like they are home while in Jamaica. It's also a 10 min drive to the airport which makes it an easy commute. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Thanks again Lloyd for being a great host to me and my mom.

Fantastic place for stay in Montego Bay

Lloyd was so welcoming and helpful. We got fruit from the trees on our arrival. The house looks better then in the pictures and is kept super clean. Great veranda to hang out and enjoy the garden. Lloyd offers an amazing driver services that will provide you with safe transportation and guide services. Property is secured with two gates and will keep feeling safe and comfortable.

This property was BEAUTIFUL! It looked exactly like the pictures and we had a very pleasant stay. Mr. Lloyd was very helpful and it was great that he was on the property at all times. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and he saw to it right away. He had a plummer there the next morning to fix it completely. We ate fresh mangoes and breadfruit from the trees in the yard every day. The house is very close to the Hip Strip and Sangster Airport. It's located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this property to others and I'll be booking again soon myself.

Enjoyable stay

This was my third time staying at this property, suited by needs. The house was very clean and spacious for my family. It was located at the center of everything, from the beaches, shopping and sightseeing. Everything was less than 20 mins drive. I felt safe, with the outdoor being monitored and check in and out was very easy.

The Villa was very lovely, well kept very clean, the owner was very prompt helpful.

Overall our experience with renting this property was very nice we enjoyed our vacation we enjoyed the house, the owner was very nice. We would recommend anyone that with a large family or a large group people traveling to consider this house it's very large very beautiful and safe and quiet neighborhood.

The house was wonderful, the safety measures and privacy on the property was a huge plus. We had the best drivers on the island, they had great suggestions and perfect prompt timing at pickup times and even put us onto the best spots not on the internet. We stayed for 5 days but we will have to come back soon.

Better Than Best

This was such a happy experience. We were traveling for a wedding and needed a place to offset our resort visit for one night. After reading a few reviews, the decision was made. We were staying at Paradise Palms for our first night in Jamaica. Everything was super simple leading up to travel. Lloyd sent a friendly reminder message asking for flight details and if we’d prefer to use the shuttle service provided through Paradise Palms. We decided it would be much less headache to have a driver secured and waiting for us when we arrived, and we were so right! Claude was one of the best parts of our Jamaica experience. Claude has a warm heart and a friendly smile, he was always on time and very accommodating. As he drove us around town he pointed things out, explained cultural differences, and had tons of advice and suggestions for sightseeing and excursions while visiting. He suggested for our night in Montego Bay, that we experience the Illuminous Lagoon. After our trip to the Lagoon, we were greeted with a fire dancer upon arrival back to the dock. It truly was wonderful and the sunset that evening was absolutely gorgeous; we really did enjoy this adventure. We would certainly suggest this property for anyone traveling to Jamaica.

Extremely Satisfied

Paradise Palms and Jamaica owe us nothing! Thanks to our gracious host, Mr. Lloyd Campbell and driver Mr. Claude Horton, we had a blast from beginning to end. We were blessed with hand picked bounty from the beautiful fruit trees on the property. This included mango, star fruit, and June plums. Lloyd and Claude made excellent recommendations for local restaurants and exhilarating excursions! These included Doctors Cove Beach, The Mystic Luminous Lagoon with restaurant and night swim in Falmouth, The Chukka Ocean Outpost in Sandy Bay and The Tree House Beach and Restaurant in Negril. Thanks so very much for everything!
