'Nice located houses suiteble for 4 adults, with 2 bedrooms, a not too well equipped kitchen, good enough bathroom. Clean swimming pool with lots of beds. Bakery 5 min on the bike, too far to walk. Great environment with Pisa, the beaches of Viareggio, beautiful and lively Lucca, Prato and Carrara nearby. From La Spezia hop on/hop off with a ferry to Cinque Terre. Florence/Sienna 75 min. Beware off the green zone policy of the citys when you visit them by car, you might get some unpleasant...

'We hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad in Casa Bianca. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Luca en Marica en de communicatie met hen liep heel soepel. Wij vonden het huis zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Het was ruim, schoon en de grote tuin met zwembad maakte het helemaal af. Het huis was voorzien van alle gemakken. Van keukengerei, spelletjes tot kaarsjes, alles was er. Casa Bianca is zeker een aanrader en wij zouden graag nog eens terugkomen.'

'We had a very nice holiday. Beautiful house, nice swimming pool, lots of privacy. Location is beautiful, but somewhat remote. This means it takes a little longer to get there, via a challenging road. Also no reception for 4 or 5G, WiFi is limited. No problem for us, more time to read, play games and relax. Plenty to see in the area, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Pistoia etc. We ate at El Paso Trattoria Pizzeria in Lucca, highly recommended!'

'Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.'

Fijn zwembad, veel fijne restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten rijden, en in het huis koken kon ook prima. Lucca en Pisa dichtbij, mooie omgeving. Sympathieke en warme ontvangst, prettige en snelle communicatie.'

'We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. "Heel mooi en groot hotel. Bed was goed. We hadden wat meer verwacht van het ontbijt en zeker als je langer dan een week verblijft. De eerste dag bij aankomst geen brood meer. Er is geen variatie in de buffetten. De laatste dag zelfs geen brood, eieren, spek ed. meer. Voor een 5-sterren hotel mogen de buffetten nooit leeg zijn. Badkamervloer dient geschrobd te worden (plakkerig, vies en vuil in de putjes van de vloer)."
