'We stayed in the room with the jetted tub. It was everything! The room was clean, it did have a funny smell but we bought spray and it was fine. The room was gigantic, the pictures don’t even do it justice. I couldn’t figure out to start the jetted tub so my wife called and the staff came in literally 2 minutes. I will absolutely stay here again.'

'The staff at the Hyatt House BWI are absolutely fantastic and kind people. I arrived to the hotel they greeted me, I forget my charger.. they let me borrow a charger for few minutes so my phone wouldn’t die, the shuttle driver took me to local gas station to get a few necessities. Great hospitality professionals. I will definitely recommend and come back. '
