Everly House | Waterfall + Private Trails

Welcome to Everly House, a cozy tiny-home retreat tucked into the woods of Monteagle, Tennessee. Designed for slow mornings, outdoor adventures, and peaceful evenings, the cabin offers a comfortable queen bedroom, built-in twin bunks, and a cozy sleeping loft with two twin mattresses.



Step outside and follow the Deer Lick community’s private trails approximately a quarter mile through the woods to a beautiful waterfall. After exploring, gather around the fire pit or unwind on the covered deck surrounded by trees.



Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully furnished living space, a full kitchen, laundry, and everything you need for a comfortable mountain getaway. Everly House is ideal for couples, families, friends, and guests traveling with their dogs.



Please note that the loft is reached by a ladder and has a low ceiling, making it best suited for older children, teens, or agile adults. The natural trails leading to the waterfall may be steep, rocky, muddy, or slippery depending on the weather.
