'We were given a lovely welcome by Maria and Santiago, and a nice basket of local food and drink. The grounds of the house are beautiful and spacious with plenty of activities and lots of equipment. The pool was super. The house is very well equipped with all you need. Our week coincided with a serious heatwave and it was impossible to keep the bedrooms cool despite the fans. There is no Wi-Fi at the property but 4G was ok.We were a little more remote than we expected but we had a great relaxing...

'We spent two weeks at this perfectly located house in Issegiac. It had everything we wanted and needed and what lay beyond - in the village and the whole region - had some much more. The property is cosy and comfortable but extremely well equipped - if so inclined you could return home to cook every meal (although the restaurants right nearby and in every town make it a hard choice). 'We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit mooie gerenoveerde appartement. Appartement was prachtig en nog ruimer dan het op de foto’s leek. Heerlijk zwembad. Bedden waren helaas wel klein. Met huidige bedden is dit niet aan te raden voor personen langer dan 1,85. Auto is noodzakelijk, want in montcabrier zijn geen winkels en ook veel van de bezienswaardigheden zijn op minimaal 30min rijden'

'Nous étions un groupe de 11 amis et avons loué les 2 maisons qui sont accolées par une petite grange. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique, prestations 4 étoiles, grands espaces de vie, literies de grande qualité, piscine chauffée et espace extérieur privatif, balades en forêt autour des gîtes. Nous avons pu tous nous réunir dans la plus grande maison pour les repas et les soirées, bien réchauffés par le poêle déjà en route à notre arrivée! 'Nice, spacious house with a lovely garden and perfect pool for the kids. About 10 mins from Monpazier where we often went in the evenings and for breakfast. Would highly recommend for a calm and quiet base for exploring the area.'

'Heerlijk authentiek charmant frans huis met typische kleine franse gebreken die je gewoon door de vingers ziet. Een fantastisch zwembad waar we ontzettend van genoten hebben. Avontuurlijke omgeving waar je wel zelf op zoek moet gaan naar de prachtige dorpjes. Dus autorijden is wel een vereiste. De communicatie was ook typisch frans, alleen in het frans dus. Persoonlijk contact is er niet, ook niet bij het ontvangst.'
