'Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. Treated the adults like we were children. Very unacceptable in so many ways. We were monitored when making our waffles. I even was told I couldn’t add chocolate chips to my waffle mix. She tried telling us how long we should keep our waffles in the maker etc. my overall experience with this situation would prevent me from staying...

'My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby....

'The staff was great but the rooms were unsatisfactory. We had two rooms - both didn’t have televisions with cable as indicated and the internet had extremely poor connectivity where phones & computers couldn’t stay connected, dropping service. One bathroom had a door that wouldn’t close and amenities in the shower were broken. The other rooms bathroom door was shut when entering and it was clear someone did that on purpose to hold the horrible smells they left. The staff was polite but didn’t...
