'I’m really torn on this one. The front desk staff member at check-in was so friendly! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great, safe location. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room was disappointing. It had a strong urine odor, the bottom of the shower curtain was stained yellow (maybe the source of the smell?), and the sink had major issues draining. So if I could give the bathroom one star and literally everything else 5 stars I would. For our one night stay...

'Our stay was great until it came to check out. I had ask for a later check out offered to even pay extra money sunday morning agreed to a 1pm check-out. As i was getting in the shower 2 different people knocked on the door 1st very apologetic 2nd 1 was when i was in the shower and he decided to knock and just walk right into the room all before 11am. I felt it was a violation of my privacy. No communication was giving for the later check out. Which should of been done..'
