« We had a great time with all the outdoor activities but also having that feeling of knowing you’re coming back to a clean and beautiful, new-like “home” to clean up/ freshen up and relax and recharge and keep going. Loved the brook and its sounds right next to the property, loved opening those windows to hear it. It’s a 10 for me. »

« It was the short weekend runaway we needed and were looking forward to. It's a quick ride to Pittsfield but we decided to cross the border to Manchester, VT. The place was as described, quiet, clean, secluded but easy to find. The Lake was fantastic but, due to weather, decided against taking the kayaks out. Perhaps next time. « We loved this charming house on the river! We attended a family reunion in the area and it was a wonderful location and so lovely to be near the running river and take a dip in the refreshing water. My only recommendation would be to add in the initial listing that there is a caretaker on property. That isn't listed on the listing and I didn't know about it until the check in instructions came. While not a bother at all during our stay, it isn't something I would usually care for to have a...

« This beautifully restored barn was very comfortable and in a cool location! Loved the proximity to the old cemetery! The sheep and chicken were a big bonus! Plenty of space to park, too! Would love to come back again! »

« Great place to stay! Very cozy & comfortable with a creative flair to the decor. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to general store and nearby wilmington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with lake views!! Our only recommendation would be to keep a path around the firepit down to the dock mowed/trimmed. Thank you to the owners for making the stay welcoming and enjoyable! »
