'Beetje vergane glorie, badkamer is eigenlijk geen volwaardige badkamer op 2 m2 waar lavabo enkel maar grootte heeft van een in gastentoilet. Ligging is zeer goed waardoor wel veel lawaai van straat.'

'Easy check in, place was very clean and very convenient, on check out day they took our bags for the day which was amazing. They even had a shower we could have used after the beach before heading to the airport.'

'We stayed for one night and it was OK. Could have done with bath towels rather than just hand towels. Curtains need attention so they close properly. Washing machine needs a deep clean to remove odours, so didn't use it. Just tired and dated but OK for overnight.'

'Het appartement is klein maar heeft alles inclusief een mini keuken en een airco en een ruime en mooie badkamer. De locatie is fenomenaal. Inchecken was super makkelijk via e-mail en whatsapp en wij mochten veel eerder naar binnen dan de standaard inchecktijd. Verder was het heel schoon en rustig. Je loopt naar buiten en bevindt je meteen in de kleine straatjes van de historische oude stad en wat een mooie oude stad is het. Dubrovnik is een van de mooiste en oudste steden in Europa, geloof...

'Great location'

'Location is great. It is quiet, clean and very accessible. We had a nice bottle of Red to welcome us. Toni, the owner, is good with resolving issues and has a pleasant and calm manner. Only issue is finding the place. The sign is so small it is easy to miss. Better written instructions and photos of the front door or have someone at Amoret restaurant to take you to the door would avoid issues we had. We spent an hour and a half and gave up. The manager called and guided us to the main door.'

'Upon arrival at the property we took a very narrow, steep road to the Pansion Villa and to locate the parking at the top of the road. The access road isn’t the easiest to drive up and you need to be careful of the low sides of the road. You definitely need a car however to access this accommodation and to travel into town or neighbouring beaches. The nearest beach isn’t walkable as it involves going on the road and you take your life into your own hands with some of the cars, lorries travelling...
