Our comfortably furnished and beautifully designed 3BR-3BA condo is located right on the 13th fairway of the Baytowne Golf Course and a few steps away from the sparkling blue swimming pool! Need your beach fix? Take the golf cart for a spin straight to the sugar white the Resort beach and explore all the amenities! There is so much to do – golfing, tennis, swimming, walking, shopping, boating, or just relaxing! *For larger parties, 5301 Tivoli Drive is just a few doors down the street and also available for rent. ”Fresh, clean and stylishly appointed” describes this lovely 1800 square foot vacation home at 5371 Pine Ridge Villas on the beach side of the Resort. With a peaceful view of the Baytowne Golf Course and trendy West Indies decor, you will shift magically into vacation mode!

There is not a single step to climb, so park in the driveway and walk right in! The living area features an open concept design that offers plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy a movie. This villa sleeps 6 guests in beds. The oversized balcony offers outdoor seating and is just a step away through expansive French doors. There is a wet bar along with generous dining seating. Our gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, utensils and gadgets you will need to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. For alfresco dining, serve dinner on the balcony and enjoy a quiet view of the lake and golf course. There is a charcoal grill available.

The master suite adjoins the balcony through French doors, and is beautifully decorated in neutral and blue colors reminiscent of the sea. A comfortable king bed with crisp linens, a walk-in closet, and an HDTV await you. Our spacious master bathroom features a double vanity with natural stone countertops, a deep soaking tub, and a separate shower.

The sunny second bedroom suite offers a queen bed, access to the balcony, an HDTV, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom suite is privately tucked down the hallway, and features two twin beds, an HDTV, and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. For convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. High speed internet service is provided along with complimentary tram service to the beach and Village at Baytowne Wharf. Parking is provided for up to two cars.

The Pine Ridge Community is perched at the highest point on the beach side of the Resort. Surrounded by the Baytowne Golf Course and a well manicured landscape of palm trees and other native plants, this community boasts spacious interiors with panoramic views of the resort and Choctawhatchee Bay and unique amenities such as convenient access to the beach, front-door parking, and beautiful views at sunset. Guests are just minutes from great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
