Amazing customer support, very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable, perfect for our family. It has all of the kitchen appliances and supplies that you can think of! The welcome basket was also super nice and thoughtful! We didn’t need to run late at night when we got there to get us the basic to start our vacation (coffee, creamer, sugar, etc) Hot tub (spa) at the end of the day was a big hit too! Nice heated pool too relax! The condo is nice and people were also pretty friendly! Across the street from the beach, private entrance and beach chair service was a huge plus! Will definitely go back!!

We enjoyed our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was the condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Upon arrival there was dried up food on the sofa, crumbs all over the living room and splattered food on the cabinets. I vacuumed and wiped everything down. The beds were comfortable but the pillows are rock hard so bring yours with you. One pool was closed for half our stay for repairs but the other one was open. The beach is just a short walk across the street and the chairs and umbrellas were nice. Unfortunately they remove the chairs and umbrellas around 4:30pm so if you're wanting to sit on the beach after that you need to bring chairs or blankets. Overall I think we would return as it was a very pleasant trip.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for four people! The beach is right across the street and you can use the umbrella and chars that are set out. The host was super friendly and communicated exceptionally well. I cannot recommend this location more.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful week at the beach. Gulfview 222 was very nice. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The condo was the perfect size and cool, queen bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, and the living area was pleasant to just sit and relax after a long day. The beach service was great. We used it every day. Breathe Easy Rentals was the easiest agency we've ever dealt with. From reservation to leaving, we were informed and updated throughout the week. Really smooth process. Hopefully, we can do it again next year!! Cheers...

Perfect location at Miramar Beach!

This property was exactly as the listing stated. It’s a clean and updated condo with a great location! The beach is just a short walk across the street and down some steps. The beach service was also a great addition! It was so nice to head out to the beach without lugging our own chairs and umbrella. That section of the beach was not crowded at all compared to the public beach access spots just down the road. Communication with the host was great and check in was so smooth. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Amazing apartment, perfect location.

My wife and I loved this trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Destin for the price and location. The close access to the private beach was amazing and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were so nice. The apartment was very clean and we had no issues checking in. Overall, we loved this location and will try to book it again some day.

Great location

Great location with easy access to the beach about a 1 minute walk and close to everything, restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, shopping. Condo was very nice and spacious enough for 4 people without a problem. Everyone we ran into were very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The welcome package was nice as well. Can't wait to come back for our next vacation. The rental company sent me a text and asked how are stay was going and to see if we needed anything, thought was pretty nice of them to do.

I was very nice and clean. Close to the beach (5 min walk) but you can’t see the beach from the balcony only trees. We spent most of the time on the beach. It’s real close to all sorts of activities and restaurants. I loved spending time on balcony. Nice kitchen will all the dishes you would need. I would come here again most definitely. I loved the communication from this property.

Loved this!!!

This condo was wonderful. Only thing it needs is better pillows. They were rocks! The condo came with super great items to help ie coffee, koozies, paper towels, plenty of towels for pool & shower! Mgmt was on the spot checking on everything! Beach was walking distance across the street. Great restaurants, gift shops, excursions all close!

Perfect for the kids’ first time!

Our kids (5 and 9) had never been to the beach and my husband had never been to FL! This was the perfect first trip for them. The rental was EXTREMELY clean and well stocked with anything you would need for your trip! Dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, pots, pans, etc.! The bedroom is small so there isn’t much room to set your suitcase, but we were able to fit most of it in the closet so it was out of our way. The bed was soft and the pillows were firm and there was an extra blanket and sheets in the closet. The bunk beds were a favorite for the kids. The balcony is very small with a view of just the air conditioners, but we aren’t ones to sit and sip coffee out there anyway so we didn’t mind one bit! The property managers were wonderful! About a week before the trip, we received a virtual guidebook with EVERYTHING we needed to know including great spots to eat, drink, and have fun! I studied it before the trip and referred back to it so many times during our stay! Our unit was ready right at check in time and they responded quickly to text messages. They checked in a few times during our stay to make sure we were having a good time. This unit also comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella rental every single day and it really is a lifesaver when packing for the beach! We saw so many families lugging chairs and canopies across the street to the beach and it was so nice not having to worry about it. Quick beach access directly across the street! (The beach starts getting crowded around 8:30-9am FYI!) This unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator. We heard several people complain about not having an elevator, but again, we didn’t mind! The pool and grilling area were well maintained and cleaned each morning. The boys spent a lot of time at the pool/hot tub and we met tons of nice folks while hanging out down there. We would 100% book with Breathe Easy Rentals again and will look for this unit next time we are in the area!

Perfect Location

The property was clean and located just steps from the beach and many places to dine. The additional perks (ie beach chairs and umbrella and excursion comp ticket) was an added bonus to our beach stay.
