• Guests must clean up after their dogs throughout the Maravilla community

Required Booking and Stay Policies

Minimum Age Requirement
The primary reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site for the duration of the reservation. Valid government-issued identification may be required. Reservations made under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on-site unless prior approval is granted. Exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 may result in fines or removal without refund.

Rental Agreement Required
A signed Coastline Collections rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and property access instructions are released after completion.

Pet Policy
Small dogs are permitted only with advance approval and must be disclosed and added to the reservation before arrival. Guests are responsible for complying with all property and community pet rules. Unauthorized or undisclosed animals may result in eviction without refund and additional cleaning, remediation, or damage charges.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations may result in cleaning, remediation, and additional charges.

Quiet Hours
Walton County noise regulations and Maravilla community quiet hours must be observed. Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable HOA and community rules.

Security Devices
Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and may result in additional charges.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the cancellation policy displayed on the booking platform at the time of reservation.

Rates and Pricing
Rates, promotions, availability, and minimum-stay requirements are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Technology and Connectivity
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Guests requiring uninterrupted internet service should bring a personal hotspot or other backup connection.

Parking and Community Access
Parking is available within the Maravilla community and requires compliance with community parking rules and permit requirements. Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas.

Seasonal Extended Stays
From November through February, select reservations of 30 nights or longer may qualify for seasonal extended-stay pricing when available. To preview monthly rates, search using a first-of-the-month arrival and first-of-the-month departure date.

Extended Stay Cleaning Fees
Reservations of 30–59 nights incur an additional $150 cleaning fee. Reservations of 60 nights or longer incur an additional $275 cleaning fee. These required fees apply to qualifying reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

Damage, Smoking, Pet Violations, and Extra Cleaning
Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, smoking or vaping remediation, pet-policy violations, fines, service calls, repairs, replacements, and other guest- or invitee-caused costs. A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee may apply when additional remediation is required, with additional charges assessed based on documented vendor invoices, repair costs, or replacement expenses.

Shipping and Deliveries
Coastline Collections does not have access to residential mailboxes. Guests receiving packages during their stay should arrange delivery to an appropriate carrier pickup location when necessary.

Lost and Found
Items left after checkout are not guaranteed to be located or returned.

Safety and Security
Certain properties may have exterior safety or security devices, including monitored systems or exterior cameras. No interior living spaces are monitored.
