  • This bright and colorful 7th-floor Majestic Sun 704B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort offers some of the best views on the beach. As you enter this magnificent two-bedroom deluxe condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a gorgeous living room that leads to a private balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom also offers a balcony with full views, as well as a luxurious king-size bed, and an adjoined master bath. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds, and the living room contains a sofa sleeper for additional guests. This vacation rental conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the unit and sleeps a total of 6 guests.


    With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


    *** This amazing property also has its own spot in the private parking garage for guests to use. ***


    At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


    We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


    *Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.


    **25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Absolutely best location

Plenty of room for our crew - loved waking up to the waves breaking each morning! Short walk across the street to the beach and enjoyed the onsite pool daily. I know who goes swimming in a pool when there is beautiful ocean - a kid who can’t stand June grass smh. Definitely planning our return!

Miramar Beach!

The condo was wonderful starting from the first step! As we entered you could see spectacular views of the beautiful blue waters of the gulf. There was relaxing music playing and everything was clean!!! Enjoyed having a master bedroom with sliding doors overlooking the water and a master bath with a double sink and separate door to the shower and toilet. Balcony is a good size with comfortable furniture. The kitchen had the necessities. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great until we received an email stating we owed $80 for missing pool bracelets. We did not take said bracelets and we were being charged for two more than were even provided to us. My husband received several phone calls about this and I emailed several times to clear this up. We were told "well our cleaning people are trustworthy, so..." which inferred we were not being truthful. After many more additional messages to the company we were informed it was a mistake and the unit in a different building had the missing bracelets, not us. There was not apology or consideration for the stress caused. Based on this, I would not return. Mistakes happen but first we were made to feel we were lying and then it required much effort on our part to rectify the situation and there was no apology or consideration for the "misunderstanding"

The pool was a little small for the size of the condo, and it would have been nice to have more umbrellas by the pool, but there is a nice indoor pool area that was always nice and cool. You have to cross the street to get to the beach and the street does make your scenic view of the ocean a little less relaxing. But most condos in Destin are this way. This was our first visit to Destin, and the water is absolutely beautiful. Overall, this is a great place to stay to have a fun family vacation!

Beach Getaway

This was the best beach getaway I have ever had. The view was spectacular and even though my mom is not a beach bum she enjoyed staying on the deck and watching us. It was definitely home away from home. So peaceful!

The things that need immediate attention are the Television situation. If you want my honest opinion, I think you need to buy a new TV for the living area and mount it on the wall. You would gain plenty of space by doing so in the condo. Also, the TV situation overall was a nightmare. The volume would not work on certain TV's and there were not enoungh Cox remotes to each room. Very inconvinient when a guest can't turn the TV volume up or down, etc. Also, you need to have the remotes to the actual TV's (VIZIO or SANYO) available. If the kids want to hook up a gaming device, you can't without being able to do the input button (which is not on the Cox remote)Also, the dryer knob was broken and we could't dry our clothes in the unit. If this unit were mine, I would paint the cabinet's in the kitche white and get rid of that wood. It would brighten the space up extremely and make it more modern. overall, I think you are sitting on a gem. The location, the view, the property is amazing. Just my opinion on what could make it even better

The place was clean but the dryer knob was missing we could not dry clothes and the remote for the TV was broken. Contacted people and no one ever showed up after being told they would. The sheets in the big bedroom were clean but not very nice feeling. We reported an accident at the hot tub area but no one returned us for accident report. But we loved the view and the area. We will definitely return for another visit to the area

Beach Vacation

The property was nice and well described. We went in July. It was extremely busy with people. I can not even count how many times we heard fire truck and ambulance sirens that went by. I would recommend to go in the Spring or Fall.
