The rustic yet upscale ambiance of Cottage 169 feels like an extension of the naturally lush and peaceful domain of the Hidden Dunes Resort itself. Unique and natural finishes like Sisal- a rare thatched flooring, stained concrete countertops and shabby chic furnishings radiate that welcoming spirit that Destin beaches are famous for. In fact, inspirational plaques and embroidered pillows placed throughout boast sayings like “ All you need is love and the beach”. Each bedroom exudes happy comfort with its fine linens and cozy atmosphere.

Fantastic upgrades include- A giant walk-in shower in the Master Suite, a custom tile backsplash in the kitchen and a balcony that is so nicely furnished that it looks like a page from a designer summer catalog. Sighs of contentment will be heard all around after a day full of activities on Hidden Dunes spacious grounds. Lounge on the longest stretch of deeded beach access in the area, play basketball or horseshoes, practice your tennis game at the award-winning tennis center, swim in one of several pools or stroll around the wooded acreage. Plus, Silver Sands Premium Outlets are within a mile of Hidden Dunes gates along with quite an array of golf courses and restaurants.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
