I rated the cleanliness down a little because as although it appeared clean upon our arrival they might want to check in or do quality checks on housekeeping staff. Things we observed sand on the floors which is understandable given the location, stains in the refrigerator that appeared it had not been wiped down from previous renter, found some children’s jewelry and a Capri Sun package underneath the master bedroom bed which let us Feel that had not been swept very carefully. The spare bedroom comforter had severe what appeared to be make up stains all over it. The comforter had been flipped so it was on the underneath side and at the bottom of the bed so wasn’t immediately noticeable. Given the reviews or description rather of the unit says that bedding is changed between each occupant doesn’t sound like bears true. I will take ownership of not readingFine print closely enough but not only did I pay a booking fee to Vrbo but also to Windham. Let’s just say in the future if a verbo unit says it’s Wyndham I will probably directly book from Wyndham! When I questioned this to a Wyndham agent he was a little less than professional stating, we have to make our money too ha ha. I do understand that, truly I do, but didn’t really appreciate his flip response. All in all very good experience and would consider returning though!
