Pride in ownership is obvious in the upgraded appliances, beautiful Italian artwork and classic plantation shutters. Natural beauty combined with exquisite taste has fashioned a restful retreat from a busy workweek.

Any location in Hidden Dunes means that guests can enjoy exciting amenities. Take a seasonal tram to the lighted basketball courts or the six clay professional tennis courts. Enjoy walking trails with gazebos or take family pictures in the gazebo on the lily pad-clad lake. Lounge in one of the neighborhood pools with gazebos or just laze away the days on Hidden Dunes deeded beach. Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
