'This property is located very close to the lake and you have to drive past some not so great looking places. But we had no issues with the neighbors. In fact everyone we talked to was super friendly. The bed (queen up top) was extremely comfortable and made for a great nights sleep with AC blowing cold. The boat Ramp is a little sketchy with no courtesy dock so be prepared. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. '

'We enjoyed our stay at Canaima Villa. The house was spacious and allowed for us to spread out when we wanted but also had a very large table which was great when we all gathered together. Roads and highways were easily accessible from the property. The bedrooms were good sized with plenty of comfortable beds.'

'We stayed here with a group of friends over Labor Day Weekend. Enjoyed gold at Sugar Tree nearby, but spent the vast majority of the weekend down by the water taking full advantage of the outdoor kitchen area. It was a great spot to relax, catch up and grill, cook and hang for a weekend. The cabana area was great and convenient, from the kitchen to even having a TV. Great spot!'

'OUTSTANDING! Quaint and romantic getaway. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The views were beautiful. The barn was comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Bed was comfortable. The private pool was great in the summer heat. The interaction and sounds of the the farm animals made the experience unique. Close enough to town in case you need anything. Loved every minute of our stay.'

'We had a great time staying at Shady Oak! House was very nice and had everything you needed. From gas grill, all kitchen utensils and cookware. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus after being on the lake all day. Easy contacting host with a little issue with the front gate, but she answered immediately and was able to resolve the issue within minutes. Overall great experience and excellent service from host!'

'Pool and pool table were great amenities. Super clean. Sleep number beds. We had 6 adults, so we didn't use the bunk beds, we used the couch and pull out. Kitchen was well supplied. Quiet. Owner was great. Absolutely loved the disconnection, walked around outside if needed connection so most stayed off their phones - blessing.'
