Our stay was excellent overall. However, we were given a code for the door that did not allow us access to the house upon arrival. The contact host number on VEBO app directed us to a phone number where we had to remain on hold for 13 minutes. Once we were connected to customer service person, it was very difficult to understand the accent of that person. It became dark outside, the porch light was not on, we were tired and hungry. Once we were connected to the host of the house, we were able to use a different code and got into the house. The house is lovely, beds comfy. Two nights were chilly, we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on. One other observation is that we all had dog hair sticking to our socks, so questioned if the floors had been swept after previous guests.
