I asked did she know about how long she said 3:00. I sat in the parking lot and watched 2 different people enter the hotel with their bags and they never came back out. So we sat with our bags in the foyer. While sitting there I heard the lady answer the phone made a reservation for $148… I reserved my room...

« Overall, a good hotel. Exceptions include the following: * My check-in was a little rushed * The toilet in the room we were given, did not refill with water. We would flush, but the tank did not refill. I checked on the valve under the tanks, it was open but no water came through. We did not discover this until the middle of the night. My wife and I used the ice bucket to refill the bowl so it could be flushed. »

« Staff was very kind and courteous at check-in and out. Breakfast was buffet style and was more than ample for me. Room was cool when I entered, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Just a one night stay but didn't notice any real noise. Peaceful stay. Would stay here again when I pass through Clarksville. »

« I wipe down hotel rooms before unpacking my things and I found quite a bit of dirt around the sink area. There was no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up and down stairs. Also, it was a very noisy location. Our room faced a very busy intersection, ie bass booming cars, emergency vehicles, and just traffic noise. « The breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive. The beds were too firm for me and the pillows were flat, and not supportive. There was plenty of parking. The room was clean but the spigot in the bathtub did not work properly, and the sink didn’t drain well. It was adequate. »
