« Always have stayed at the Bluemont. However, this time, was different. When I booked the reservation almost a year ago, breakfasts were complimentary. One of the reasons I liked staying there. Apparently the hotel has changed hands and they now charge $20 for breakfast. Also there is a charge for overnight parking of $17. Both of these would have been nice to know thru Expedia before the stay because that’s not what I reserved! But because it was Graduation weekend, room rates were ridiculous...

« Though I arrived at 9 PM, I was informed that my room had not be cleaned and it would take an hour or more to get it ready. Several other people checking in at that time were told the same thing. At 1015 when I checked at the front desk The room was finally done. I don't believe I will ever try booking there again! »

« The woman at the counter was able to help us out of a mix-up that we had. She was fabulous and was able to straighten things out so that everyone involved was happy. The room was perfect and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. Breakfast was very good also. »
