'Love this property, very welcoming staff and well looked after room. Fabulous views and very peaceful and quiet. Definitely only worth a night stay as there isn’t much around and very limited food options. The restaurant was lovely and service was great! The breakfast hamper was perfect! '

'We stayed in the Ironstone room, which was large, homely and had a great view of Cradle Mountain. It was easy to check in and very friendly staff. We booked the tomahawk steak dinner and it did not disappoint! The light breakfast consists of Muesli and yoghurt which was also a nice start to the day. We would highly recommend staying here and wish we had longer!'

However, there was a problem with the shower having no facilities for putting in shampoo, soap, etc., and only one cake of soap was provided for a two-night stay. Also, we booked and paid for a deluxe, downstairs room, but were upstairs, which made it very difficult for my wife, who has mobility problems. The stairwell closest to the restaurant did not have a working light, which was a problem once the night arrived'
