The design elements in both living areas and bedroom were thought out so our guest feel comfortable and just, AT HOME!!!. one parking its include , and extra would be avaialbe with and extra fee!! amazing common areas to take a breath and enjoy your stay in Miami.

The reserve include (2) access card and (1) parking decal .(one parking spot include)

For registration purposes, guest MUST provide the ID for EACH adult that will be staying in the unit and 2 emails to receive the confirmation and instruction from the building.

*Master suite with king size bed, complete bathroom.
*Guest beedrom with 2 full side bed. *Sofa bed in living room (when opened it has a size similar to queen size bed)

*Fully equipped kitchen as seen in pictures, dryer, washing and dishwasher in unit.
