• Stays 1 to 14 nights: $40 per day plus applicable taxes (per unit)

• Stays 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day plus applicable taxes (per unit)

• Stays 30 nights or more: $30 per day plus applicable taxes (per unit)



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250 (per unit):

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is collected at check-in for each individual unit to cover any potential incidental charges or damages.

• This deposit is fully refunded within 3 to 5 business days after check-out, pending a clear inspection of the property. Processing times depend on your financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional per vehicle/unit):

• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day plus applicable taxes

• 8 days or more: $30 per day plus applicable taxes

• Monthly rate: $650 per month plus applicable taxes

• Stays 6 months or more: $480 per month plus applicable taxes

These standard fees help maintain the exceptional quality of the building's premium amenities.



Please keep in mind that resort and valet fees must be paid using a credit or debit card, as cash is not accepted on-site.

The front desk places a temporary credit card authorization hold for incidentals for each unit at check-in, which drops off within 3 to 5 business days following your departure.

In the rare event that an original unit requires unexpected maintenance, Zen Vacation Rentals reserves the right to reassign your booking to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra charge to guarantee your comfort.
