Will never stay anywhere else!

This was by far the best stay we’ve ever had in our MANY Miami vacations. The unit was pristine, huge and perfect for our family of 4. We felt like home. Having all the amenities and service of the four seasons was exceptional. the pool was beautiful and not crowded, even over spring break. We didn’t have to deal with any loud kids jumping in the pool, or spring breakers. I can’t wait to get back again. It was so sad to leave!!!

Excellent luxury unit in the heart of Brickell

I stayed in this unit with my family for a week. The residence is fantastic. Everything looks brand new, the pictures have not been updated (as of April 15, 2023) and do not do the unit justice. The carpet, paint and furniture all seem brand new. The unit was very clean and communication with the owner was easy. Best of all, EVERY amenity of the Four Seasons Hotel is available to you.

Luxurious base for family tourism in Miami

This large, luxurious suite was perfect for a week of family tourism in Miami. Plentiful space includes 2.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer and a full-size fridge. We find Brickell convenient to other parts of Miami. As a base, the Four Seasons is relaxing and fun. The swimming pools are magnificent for all ages. There’s almost always a cosmopolitan group of guests. Suggestion for a walkable breakfast: It’s an invigorating stroll to the outside cafe at the Mandarin Oriental on Brickell Key has a spectacular view.

Mixed bag

First off, Jason (the property manager) was outstanding - very responsive and helpful. The room configuration was spacious. However, the maintenance and cleanliness of the room wasn’t good, and not what I expected from a Four Seasons. Some of the cabinetry was falling apart. The sofa and seating area in the common area was stained significantly. There is a sleeper sofa - but when we opened it, was very clear that it hadn’t been cleaned in forever (lots of crumbs, etc). The heater (was unusually cold in Miami this December) made a very loud noise and smelled. If the entire unit was cleaned throughly and more regularly maintained, it would be great. Especially at the prices charged, I was disappointed with these issues

Large accommodations

The place was large and spacious within the beautiful Four Seasons. Very private and quiet. Pool was great! The host presented us with a nice welcome note and Cookies, and was very responsive from beginning to end. There were plenty of snacks and water. There were a couple issues that arose, but the host was able to take care of it for us. You do have to pay the hotel a fee for extra towels and slippers. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Our New Vacation Spot

My wife and I booked this property for our Family's March Break vacation. The hotel speaks for itself while the residence was spacious with 3 bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry facilities. The service and all the amenities were perfect; my wife loved how close it was to great restaurants, the shops at Brickell and just a short drive to Wynwood and Miami Beach. We will definitely be back!!!
