'Beautiful'

'My reservation included complimentary breakfast, which I specifically paid extra for; however, the hotel still attempted to charge me, so we ended up going elsewhere. I also inquired about switching to a room with two queen beds and was told none were available, but I was offered what was described as an “ideal rate” for another room for two nights. While we were at breakfast, I received a call from the hotel stating they had charged an additional $600 for one night, and the desk representative...

'Clean room. Kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. No bowls for cereal. A/C unit was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. Had to call the answering service to get door code. Took about 15 minutes to get into the cabin. '

'Room 105 toilet ran 24/7. Constant noise/vibration from adjacent room as if there were some sort of mechanical infrastructure running constantly.'

'Erg vriendelijk personeel. Gebouw is wel wat vervallen en de kamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het ruikt in de kamer ook een beetje muf. De wifi is wel erg goed. Als het regent is er enorm veel herrie dus neem dan je oordoppen mee.'

'Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. There were ants all around the indoor pool. They even put up a sign on the door that the pool was broken as he was in it, but didn’t ask him to...

'This place was amazing, the host was great ,can not thank them enough for all they did for us. Very honest and trustworthy. Items were accidentally left in the room. The host contacted us and items were returned to us. We greatly appreciate everything. Highly recommend them.'
