Come enjoy the ski season at this mid-mountain home with plenty of room for the whole family, including your furry friends. Close proximity to many of Massanutten's best amenities, including skiing, fishing, ziplining, tubing, the waterpark, the golf course and many more. Additionally, our home is within a short drive from Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive, plus many of the Valley's best wineries as an added bonus!

The property backs to a wooded area and has no neighbors to the right or back, so you cannot see the neighbors from any of the decks or the backyard - unless you count the deer or gophers you'll see regularly sauntering through the woods, of course.

The house offers an open, updated and well-equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for dining indoor and outdoor, two decks, a stone patio and firepit in the backyard, a game room with air hockey and pool, and lots of high end updates. We also offer free high speed Wifi and a smart TV in every room, as well as board games and toys for the youngest members of your party!

This home's location halfway up the mountain makes it easy to enjoy all of the resort's amenities, while having quick access to attractions in the Shenandoah Valley and beyond.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES

We enjoyed our stay here! We had 7 adults and 3 kids, it was plenty of space. Also, thank you for having toys and a giant dollhouse that our girls loved playing with. We had an issue with the heat on the last night but we flagged it to the host and he was quick to respond. The house was clean and had a lot of kitchen equipment. The firepit was very fun and the long table in the kitchen made dinners a great time!

Graduation Stay

After trying hotels a year advance, only to realize some quadruple the normal rate, we looked in VRBO since our last 3 stays with another house rental service were total failures. I picked 3 for my wife to choose and she picked The Lily Lodge. It worked perfectly for us. Great location, open kitchen and dining room (which bodes well with my Filipino in-laws), everything was clean, updated bathrooms. We only stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. While I may have relayed too many questions to the owner, he replied every time extremely quickly. They even had graduation decorations displayed upon our arrival. We highly recommend The Lily Lodge for Graduation or whatever reason!!

Although it rained during our entire stay, the children enjoyed the air hockey,pool table,boxed games, puzzles, etc. Thank goodness for the Indoor water park! However,having to strip the beds and lug the trash a mile and a half up the road was not enjoyable and should have been included in the fees! We did manage to lock ourselves out once but Caesar was just a phone call away and talked us back in finding an emergency key!

Good, but could be better

House was generally dirty and dusty when we arrived. The upstairs sink was clogged and there were pubic hairs in the upstairs shower. Some parts of the house could use minor repairs. There were bags of dog poop left by previous guests, and the fire pit was not cleaned (burnt/charred logs all around). On arrival, the dryer was packed with wet linens and towels and not turned on. The Nest thermostat was set to cool at 87, and if you adjusted, it would reset to 87 every few hours. Otherwise the house was fine. Nice location, and the kids really enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. Nice big kitchen and dining area for a large group.

We had a very nice stay. Property was well supplied with necessities.

Although listed as handicap accessible, there were several obstacles. Two steps to entrance, walker could not fit into bathroom, no shower seat. There were grab bars in the shower but no way for a handicapped individual to get in there due to step and lack of space in the bathroom. The step down into the dining area is another obstacle. Our family member used a walker and we had lots of help for him to get around but a person in a wheelchair could not have managed. One family member said that the upstairs shower needs extra cleaning near the bottom.

Lily Lodge was amazing for my family of 7 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 little kids, 1 dog) for Christmas 2022! The layout was perfect. The farm table homey. The fireplace cozy. We loved every minute and made wonderful family memories.

Great stay

We all had a lovely time at the lily lodge. Linens were clean, beds and pillows were comfy. It had a well-stocked kitchen ( could use some regular sized forks) with lots of appliances! Everything was up to expectations, I would recommend this property to friends. One item of concern however, I noticed a strong odor in the room that I used the small space heater provided at the site. I stopped using it immediately and tried another one that looked similar, same thing happend. I suspect the wiring in that room might not be suited for a heater(kids bunk room).

We stayed for parents weekend at JMU and the house was perfect for us. It was comfortable, quiet and exactly what we hoped for. Cesar communicated with us very well and gave us all the information we needed so there was no confusion or problems. I definitely would stay here again.
