« Hi- several things were missing we had to go buy- toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Some of the pots and pans were also dirty. Guests should know that they can’t be outside with the fire on after 10pm. We finally got the kids to bed, sat down to relax and then couldn’t use the fire. The hot tub also was only available one day, the first night it was cold. We would not rent this properly again for these reasons. »

« This is a wonderful property with great location and proximity to Shenandoah National Park. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need. Owner was great to communicate with and the property is lively. The only complaint I have is that at the end of the stay you are asked to drive the garbage over 10mins away in the opposite direction you would be leaving and this is the last thing you want to do at the end of a vacation, but for us it didn’t take away from the 5 star rating.
