Fires: No open fires are allow at any time. Propane fire pit available. Ensure propane is off when not in use.

House rules: All guests have read and will abide by the below house rules. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and/or eviction from the property without refund.

No parties or events of any type are allowed. Maximum guest capacity is 14. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

No smoking of any kind inside the home, only smoking outdoors is permitted. Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee.

Noise: The neighborhood offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding by the lake. To maintain the tranquility, we observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., ensuring all guests and residents can fully enjoy the serene surroundings. Any loud noise during this time is a violation and may be reported.

WAIVER: Guests may be held liable for any damages. Hosts reserve the right to remove guests from the property, without refund, in the event of excessive overnight guests, parties, noise, or illegal activity.
