There are 7 gorgeous bedrooms throughout this home, each with their own smart TV! On the bottom floor, there are 3 bedrooms. One has a king bed, the second has a queen, and the third has a full.
On the main floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed & ensuite bathroom. Right down the hall, the second bedroom on this floor has two full-over-full bunk beds (total of 4 full beds) + a SLIDE!
The two remaining bedrooms are on the top floor, with 1 king bed in each.

This home has 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor. On the bottom floor, the bathroom is accessible right off of the hallway, and has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. The bathroom on the second floor is accessible from the primary bedroom & hallway, and has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The bathroom on the top floor is accessible from the hallway, and has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is oversized, with lots of counter-space, and located right off of the main living room. With all stainless steel appliances and a coffee machine (Keurig), this kitchen is ready for cooking for the entire group!
The HUGE dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 14 people, plus additional seating at the kitchen countertop and another dining table on the back deck, right off of the dining room.

In this grand living room, you’ll be greeted with high vaulted ceilings, lots of comfy seating, a big smart TV, a fireplace, and gorgeous, colorful design. This is the perfect spot to host your movie nights & games with your friends and family!

As you walk down to the bottom floor, you will feel like you have been transported into the 1920s! This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
