« Everything was very pleasant! The only complaint I have is we sent clothes to be dry cleaned but our clothes was returned damped which indicated the clothes was washed regular. We paid a lot for dry clean so please check your out source for dry cleaning »

« Beautiful grounds, well-priced, extremely clean rooms and fast, efficient airport shuttle. We truly enjoyed our one night stay at Papyrus! The cuisine was also excellent and the choices were quite varied! Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help with any detail, no matter how small. Would highly recommend this guest house!! »

« The resort is an awesome place. The only small improvement is related to the staff behavior. In general, staff is really kind and ready to help, but sometimes is a bit lost in their answer or a bit too oriented to specific guests (VIP people, big groups, European, etc.) at the expens of the others. »
