'The lady of the property took time to ring and advise me of the spa not working properly, as it wasn’t working when we stayed a couple days before hand. she wanted to know how we felt about still booking before she took the payment out 😊 that was top notch 👌 not only that, she also went and warmed the room up for us as we were arriving 5 minutes before the last check in time at 7pm, so it was nice n cosy when we got in. Awesome service'

'Het us een oud hotel maar het bed was prima. In de aangrenzende bar is savonds live muziek en dat hoor je, maar ik had er niet al te veel last van. De locatie kan onhandig zijn als je bijv wilt gaan duiken op de Poor Knights want daar ligt t ver vanaf. ( je wordt dan wel opgehaald maar dat weer $40 .'

'The room was comfy inside but getting into the room was quite a challenge - as there were loose mats and uneven bricks. Got to the property at the same time as another lady and it was confusing as to who was staying where (2 rentals in the same space). Would honestly just pay extra to stay elsewhere next time. Didn’t really get enough info about checking in either.'
