'Location was perfect if you want to be able to walk anywhere downtown… restaurants, shopping, icecream, and more. Condo was very clean - up to date with modern decor and amenities. We had everything that we needed. The property manager was in contact with us and easy to work with. I would recommend following his instructions for travel - if you put the address in Waze it takes you to the wrong location so follow the pin that he shares! The location also makes it very convenient to take the ferry...

'Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate.
