Private Upstairs Apartment in Historical Downtown Marysville.

Built in the early 1920's Historic upstairs apartment. Originally a large Victorian home but was split into two units. There is a lockbox to let yourself in with a key. The front porch is shared with the downstairs tenants. The upper back patio is small but private.

Located about a block away from the Adventist Ride Out hospital. Near the Veterans Park.

You can hear ambulances and the medical helicopter at any time., This home is on a direct route to the hospital. Roosters and chickens are free range. The roosters make loud noises nonstop. It can be extremely annoying or joyful depending your preference.
No dog's allowed on the entire property. Cat's to small exotic pets acceptable. You must Inform me on what kind of pet or pets are traveling along.
Parking directly in front of the building is reserved for the downstairs tenants. They are handicap and need one full car space behind and in front of both their vehicles. Be courteous by allowing them to park both vehicles next to each other. There are two cones for you to park at. They smoke and/or burn incense.

Please be courteous and try to clean anything such as, spilled red wine or any accidental occurrence. Attempt to remove it and clean it up. You will not responsible for anymore accidents on the original carpet. New area rugs throughout the entire unit. There are cleaning products in the hall closet and laundry soap works on carpet too. If damage is burned neglected and/or deliberately held without communication on the issue. You will be held responsible for all damages occurred during your stay.

Property management on site for emergency purposes only. Not the downstairs tenants but they can help with anything basic.
