Prado Beach is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure residence. You'll be charmed by its contemporary decor, large terrace and stunning views over the racecourse, Parc Borely and the Massif de Marseilleveyre. You'll enter the main room with a beautiful open-plan kitchen, a TV lounge area, access to the terrace on the ground floor, and on the left, the bedroom with access to the terrace. The terrace is divided into 2 parts, a summer sitting area and a dining area.

Location :
When you stay at Prado Beach, you're choosing a seaside location that's also close to the city center, major roads and the Velodrome stadium. Exit to the left and you'll be on the seafront, along the Corniche Kennedy. If you turn right, you'll reach the Rond point du Prado, the gateway to Parc Chanot and the Stade vélodrome. Parc Borely is a 5-minute walk away.

- Bus line N°83 passes below the building and will take you to the city center along the seafront.
- The Saint Charles train station is 25 minutes away via Bus N°19 + Metro Line 2.
- The airport can be reached by shuttle bus to the Saint Charles train station, but we advise you to use cabs or Uber-type drivers.
